Why the House of dreams?

With the Mulira orphanage and education centre NIRP tries to restore hope and care for AIDS orphans and abandoned children in the Community. Here lifes are being transformed and children are supported to grow into responsible citizens. It has both a boarding and day care section. This is because some orphaned children are extremely vulnerable while others can stay with their guardians, though they may need psychosocial and education support to grow to their full potentials.
